How To Place An OrderOrdering and Shipping Effective immediately all Orders will have the option of shipping methods ground, 2nd day air and overnight express. The cost vary extensively and you need to make the decision on how fast you want your packages to arrive. After much review and requests from our clients a better price on products and their choice of shipping would be better accepted and therefore we have made our shipping and handling change. We use UPS and Priority Mail who both indicated that they can not guarantee that shipments by UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Delivery, US Priority Mail will arrive in that number of days. Please add one day to any of the above shipping methods to play it safe! All items on our web site are in stock unless indicated otherwise. Most items will ship the same day if ordered before 2:00 pm pacific standard time, otherwise they will ship the next business day.
Backorders or Delays We will ship in-stock merchandise immediately and backordered items as they become available. You will only be charged for items when they are shipped, and you will only pay a portion of the total shipping and handling charge. The remainder of your order, including shipping, will be charged when your backordered merchandise is sent.
Exchanges / Returns Policy We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll assist you with a prompt refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days of the purchase. Merchandise must be in original condition, with all original packaging, components, instructions, and warranty material. Video games, video game systems, computer software, trading cards, and VHS tapes must be in sealed unopened packages. Once opened, we can only exchange these items for the same product. (Custom or personalized orders will not be exchanged).
To Return an Item to Us Need to return a gift? No problem. As long as the gift is unused, we'll exchange it or refund your money. We'll give you a Gift Return Authorized (GRA) number and an a dedicated address.
When you receive your GRA#, include the address given to you with your returned merchandise: Pack your merchandise securely. Include your packing slip with a note telling us the reason for the return. If the item was a gift, please include your phone number and your e-mail address. Send the package via a traceable shipping method to: We will credit the original purchaser's credit card or issue an on-line gift certificate, depending on the original payment method. Gift returns will be issued an on-line gift certificate. Look for your refund, issued upon receipt of returned merchandise.
Shipping Charges on Exchanges / Returns Exchanges If you are exchanging merchandise, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Shipment of a replacement item of equal or lesser value is free of charge; however, if you would like to upgrade your shipping method or purchase additional items, you are responsible for the cost of additional items and shipping charges. Returns If you are returning merchandise for a refund, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for the original shipping charges. Incorrect Orders If we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise, we apologize. You will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the package to us, and you will not be charged for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise. Our site provides users the opportunity to opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners at the point where we request information about the visitor.
